Kitam currently manages massage and spa services at three hotels in Zanzibar. We work with hotel owners and managers to explore an operating arrangement suited to each property, its available space and service requirements.

Kitam has managed massage and spa services at My Blue Hotel since January 2022
Kitam has managed massage and spa services at Dhow Inn Boutique Hotel since June 2024
Kitam has managed massage and spa services at Sunseabar Beach Hotel since August 2025.

• Treatment products
• Guest enquiries and bookings
• Promotion of the service to hotel guests
• Guest payments collection
• Operational reporting
Equipment and setup responsibilities are agreed individually after reviewing the space and service requirements.
Space lease
Kitam leases the agreed spa or massage space under terms discussed with the hotel.
Revenue share
The hotel and Kitam agree on a percentage of sales and define the operating responsibilities for the service.
The specific scope, responsibilities and commercial terms are agreed individually with each hotel.
